Please lend a hand to set up the swim lanes for the season. We will be installing the turn boards, putting up the flags, putting in the lane lines, cutting back plants and generally cleaning up the swim team area.  It's helpful if you can bring weed whackers, tools, rakes, shovels, etc.

This year we’ll be supporting Nourish. NJ, a local charity focused on addressing hunger and poverty right here in Morris county. This is meant to be a family event, and we’ll be incorporating some silly family relays and games as well as having music and snacks/drinks for participants! Make sure to update your availability and sign up for food/drinks on swimtopia! The kids love to see their parents swimming in the lanes, so bring your suits! Let’s have some fun with this while raising money for a great cause.

Here’s how it’ll work:

1. Visit the link below and click “Join Team” to create a fundraising page. 1. Send out your personal fundraising link to family and friends along with a personalized note. Your supporters will have two choices to donate:
   • Make a flat donation up front via the link
     • One-step process
     • Can be completed before or after the Swim-A-Thon
     • Not directly tied to how many laps your team swims
2. Make a per-lap commitment
   • Two Step Process, but more fun!
   • Donation completed after the Swim-A-Thon
   • You should guide donors as to how many laps you expect to swim
   • Swimmers will keep a list of all per-lap commitments on using this form: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1fsywiklAJafZHjV_WtKtDvQg3DQzyyv4fOV8MUtwn5A/edit?usp=sharing and email the forms to [email protected] by noon on July 29th.
   • After the Swim-A-Thon go back to your per-lap sponsors and ask them to complete the donation on your personal fundraising page based on the number of laps your team completed.

A fun prize will be given out at the awards dinner for the following

1. The swimmer/family that does the most laps per swimmer

2. The swimmer/family that raises the most money
