Lake Shawnee is excited to be hosting the NJRLL Ribbon Meet once again! Our mission for this event is for everyone to have fun, enjoy themselves and cheer on all the swimmers as well as protect everyone's safety while visiting our Facility.

Monday, July 8th - Ribbon Meet @ Lake Shawnee

-Swimmers Arrival time: 5 pm

-Warm ups start: 5:15 pm

-Swim Meet begins: 6 pm

We are limiting all swimmers to 3 events. Please make sure the swimmers know the age group /events they will be swimming in prior to the start of the meet.

As this is a largely attended event we have put into place a few procedures for our Lake Shawnee facility and ask for your help to distribute the following to your swim families to ensure everyone's safety.

Beach Rules: When visiting our facilities we respectfully ask our visitors to review and abide by our club rules that are posted on our Snack Shack. As a reminder, our facility is a smoke and vape free area. Pets are not allowed between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Pedestrians: many individuals from the LS team walk to the event to help leave parking available for our guests. Anyone who is walking, please walk single file and adhere to walking opposite of traffic whenever possible.
Parking - we will have parking assistance to direct traffic and ask that all attendees adhere to their direction.
- clubhouse parking lot - reserved for Coaches, handicap and official volunteers only.
- all to enter from rt 15N should go directly into Gatwyns parking lot
- when entering from Espanong/Mallard traffic will be directed to South End, grass area and once full, overflow to Gatwyns.

All pedestrians from Gatwyns should use the walking path near the back of the restaurant to cross near the bridge for their safety.

Bathrooms - our facility is equipped with one bathroom. We will be opening the club house to utilize one inside. We ask that when these facilities are in use that our guests do not utilize the clubhouse grounds as an alternative, please be patient and wait for a restroom to become available.
